Keeping it Simple!

Sometimes when the day is rushed and I am too tired to spend a lot of time on cooking an elaborate meal I like to Keep It Simple...One of our favorite Keepin it Simple staple foods is Pizza Bread and Vegies or salad.

You will need 4 ingredients to create this simple, yet delicious meal...Yes I know there are only 3 in the picture below...I forgot to add in the bread before covering it...ooops!

French Bread (I will post a very yummy recipe that we use often one day but for simplicity today bakery bread it is)
Tomato Paste
Garlic Plus Seasoning
Cheese (Can be Mozzarella, Cheddar or a mix of both)

Before we move ahead make sure to turn on your oven to the Broil setting with the shelf sitting in the top spot and line a pan with foil for easy clean up. Start your dinner process by cutting the french bread in half lengthwise. Scoop out your tomato paste and spread it evenly all over both open halves of the bread.

Shaking your garlic seasoning to taste all over both sides of the bread. As you can see we like to keep it Garlicky around here.

Now grate some cheese (again to your taste standards...I never measure cheese, I always eyeball it) and toss it all over your tomato covered bread.

Nothing left to do but throw your pizza in the oven under broil and heat that cheese through to OOEY GOOEY DELICIOUSNESS!

While your bread is heating through and melting your cheese you have time to wash and chop either a salad or a few raw vegies...DELICIOUS and SIMPLE ...nothing better than that!
