Crispy, Tangy Parmesan Chicken

My mouth is watering just thinking about this dish. I mean they make it look good in pictures but until you have put this tender, fall apart chicken into your mouth you will not even begin to understand how good it truly is. It has the best of everything the crunchy outside, the moist inside and the tangy kick of the Parmesan cheese mixed in with the creaminess of the mayonnaise ...SOO Good!

There are many recipes for this yummy treat out there but after reading through a few I went with what we had here and created HEAVEN...

1/4 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Hellmans Mayonnaise or your choice of Real Mayonnaise
Dash of Salt and Pepper
Panko Bread Crumbs
5 Boneless Chicken Breasts

Toss all of your ingredients, minus of course the bread crumbs into a bowl and mix well.

Lay out your chicken on to a parchment lined baking sheet.

Spread your sauce evenly ALL over your chicken and top with an even coating of bread crumbs.

Bake in a 350ยบ oven until your chicken is cooked completely. The cooking time will vary based on the thickness of your meat.


The meat will practically melt in your mouth with every bite you take...soo good!
