I am sure most of you with Easter weekend just come and gone have a pile of leftovers sitting in your fridge...with a family that is most likely already tired of eating Hot Turkey Sandwiches or just plain leftover turkey. I have just the thing to change all of that and help you use up even more of your leftover food items.
Hot Turkey Pockets Dipped In Gravy... Turkey Shredded Mashed Potatoes Leftover Veggies Leftover Stuffing Batch of Rough Puff Pastry 1 Egg Whisked Slightly Heat your oven to 350º
Roll out your pastry dough, cut it into 2x3 inch rectangles and top one half of each rectangle with your leftovers. I found that putting the potatoes on the bottom allowed me to squish the rest of the ingredients on top so that they stuck there upon rolling.

Now Go Be Brave...and use up those boring leftovers in a fun new way !
